Just thought I'd start out with sharing a few pics of our latest dinners
and snacks ;)
Roasted chickpeas:
2-3 cups of cooked chickpeas (1-2 cans, rinsed work too)
coat in extra virgin olive oil, add spices like Hungarian Paprika, cayenne,
salt, pepper, parsley -anything works!
Put in the oven at 400F for ~25-30 min, depending on how brown and crisp
you like them
